Are pets allowed?

Sorry, there are no pets allowed except for service animals (seeing eye dogs, etc.)

Is there general parking available?

Yes, Parking should be available along Airport Road adjacent to the Terminal Building Friendly volunteers will be in place to show you to the nearest parking space if available. Overflow parking will also be within waling distance, available after 12pm at the Chilliwack Alliance Church located at 8700 Young Rd. A shuttle will be available provided courtesy of Park Avenue Limousines.

Is there parking for the disabled?

Yes, vehicles displaying a recognized” disabled” tag will be directed through the gate to the VIP parking area.

What type of terrain is the general area?

The main patron area is asphalt/cement and a folding chair or blanket to sit on is recommended. Umbrellas are recommended.

Can I park an RV in the parking areas?

No, due to angle parking and limited space parking of RV is not supported.

Is there a charge for admission or parking?

NO! Admission to the show and parking is absolutely FREE! There will be donations collected at the entrance gate to support the Chilliwack Flight Fest Society with costs for the production of the Chilliwack Airshow.

How does a vendor receive permission to sell food/wares?

All requests for information on becoming a vendor or providing services should be directed to vendors@chilliwackairshow.ca

How do I obtain information about becoming a sponsor?

There are many sponsorship opportunities. You can contact us directly to learn about becoming a show sponsor.

What happens if it rains?

In the event of rain some flying demonstrations may be delayed or postponed, however, unless the weather poses serious threat to the safety of the visitors and participants, the show will proceed as scheduled with some modifications.

What is a static display?

A static display is an aircraft that is on display inside the spectator area. It is not an aircraft that will perform in the show but it will be available to view and take pictures.

Where can I stay overnight?

There are numerous motels and hotels available in the local area. It is suggested that visitors make reservations as early as possible. A good resource for finding lodging in the local area is Tourism Chilliwack.

Can I leave and re-enter the air show?

Yes, of course!
